Tri-Link - Common undercarriage rattles?
Heard that the park brake shoes delaminate from the backing plate, that may rattle if they came un done. Was going to check my park brake shoes a few weeks ago when I installed my snow tires, but ran out of time. I have rotors and calipers on the rear for rear brakes and I know some models don't.- Big Al

rear diff question
Also, just for speculation, I would remove the differential cover and check the side gears and spider gears. Then seal it up and add new oil, rebuild at a later date. Why am I always leaning toward the imobizer system. You have all the right numbers for spark, pressure and fuel, but no go. I would call a locksmith and see if he can be of any assistance. Do you have a couple of keys to try in the ignition.- Big Al

coolant tank
They probably put the reservoir tank up high and kept it on the pressurized side of the system to allow it to self bleed the air out of the system. Strange issue
Put the rear end up on jack stands and bring it up to the speed that you normally feel the problem is. You might have to buy a mechanics stethascope to pin point the area. Be careful, lots of hazards if you want to try this.- Big Al

Muffler Time
You can pick up a muffler coupling to join your used tailpipe to you new muffler where they cobbled things up. That would correct that area and save you a few buxs. Then paint your tail pipe with Tremclad high heat BBQ paint. Pick up a 4 or 8 ounce can of it.- Big Al

What did you do to your jeep today?
Painted all 4 calipers gloss black, so when the mags go back on in the spring, there won't be a clump of rust behind each one. Might look for some gloss red Tremclad in the future.- Big Al
