I'd just go with the ATF+4. I had an 02 with the factory ps fluid. The PO topped off with ATF+4 and it whined when cold. Seemed to function fine but I flushed the system and replaced with ATF+4 and it was much better after that.
Most are serviceable but not sure if these are. Wonder if it's worked itself loose. Probably need a special valve tool to remove or tighten it. Tool should be something like that used for a tire valve stem core or the Schrader valves in AC systems and heat pump units. Probably a large valve core...
If you can find Melling, that would be my choice. I've used them in a few applications including my02 KJ. They may actually be the OE.

Would be nice to see live data. A decent scanner will show throttle position as you drive. Seems like you'd get a specific code if the tps was bad. You do need to change the whole throttle body to replace the tps.
This one almost sounds like the old heat soak issue. On old vehicles if the starter gets too hot it won't crank. I think it has more to do with the solenoid and a voltage drop when hot.
That looks like the correct pump for an 04. They must have bypassed the filter. Look on rockauto.com for images. Even if you never order from them, there is a ton of information and images on the site.
I see you're changing the injectors, I'd flush the whole system while you are at it.
Looks like they probably bypassed it. I would have thought they just managed to swap in a later 05 and up pump assembly with the filter in the tank but the fact it says "filter" on that one hose makes that unlikely. Unless they managed to fit the newer pump assembly to the old tank with the...

I would still recommend actually measuring the oil pressure. Those Mopar dummy lights don't tell you much. I had a rod bearing go out in my 02 and it was not a tick. It was a very obvious knock. Eventually it spun and the motor seized.
Low compression on one cylinder to me could be a headgasket...

Unlikely you'll find a new one with both. I've seen Cardone remans and others with the reservoir but no pulley. If you want to take a chance, ebay has many used ones with both.
I'd like to hear what the OP found too. I think the injector is a good possibility although it could just be worn out O2 sensors. Just had that on one of my vehicles. Unfortunately we have emissions testing around me so can't run around with O2 sensors disconnected. I have gutted a few catalytic...
