The 2007 is a crossover year just before the KK, does it have drive by wire throttle body?
No spark? Well the crankshaft position sensor could be the issue.
Use a fuel pressure gauge and check it. Key on reading is? Key off reading after 10 Minutes is?

Should not be burning a quart every 3 weeks. Is there any oil leaks under jeep at all?
Do you see blue smoke out the tail pipe when revved hot?
Could be valve stem seals.
Probably best to do an engine compression test on all 6 cylinders as well.
I do not see any licensing specification on the "Peak branded" Hoat Coolant.
If the "Peak" jug of coolant does not specify Chrysler MS9769 Anywhere, I would pass on it.
Even though I use OEM Mopar HOAT coolant, Zerex G05 meets the correct specs as well.

Is the OEM antenna base still there? Some photos would help.
What brand of antenna did you purchase as replacement? There may be adapters available.
I believe on my 2004 KJ, the Male end of the cable plugs...
Have you ever cleaned the intake air control ( IAC ) they can get corbon build ups.
The interior port can be cleaned with carb cleaner if its really dirty, can prevent proper air mixture,

I wonder if the noisy rear diff may also contain the Trac-Lok?
Some of the KJ rear diff's came with a clutch based Trac-Lok, which required adding a 4 oz bottle of Mopar friction modifier.
