I just installed my RRO's Insane Arms 2 weeks ago, and so far they are working out great. I had a problem with one old A-arm bolt(driver's side rear bolt) but other than that they seem to be working out just fine. Alignment was no problem either.

Looks good! I just did the same thing to mine last week, used the same Mother's wax/cleaner, and the pad was black when I was finished.

Some things to look for are:
ball joint condition
make sure the windows work( window regulator problems are common)
make sure the electric cooling fan works
and of course like HJ said..check the drive line
