I would replace the pass. front 02 sensor before replacing the cat., the only way to tell is to run it with a proper reader to see what the sensors are doing.
I believe I had that code a couple years back and it was the front 02 sensor...
The cats could be checked by checking input temp and...
It does depend where the metering device ( orifice ) is, On a normal house A/C the orifice is at the beginning of the evaporator where the high pressure high temp liquid leaves the orifice as a low pressure liquid which evaporates into a gas by the time it leaves the evaporator causing cooling...
The liquid line should not be wrapped - it is discharging from the condenser and should lose heat not keep it.
Anything on the suction side ( low side ) can be insulated.
You have to remember that you have alot less BTU's when idling due to the compressor not running as fast but should still have ample cooling.
A restricted condenser will give a high discharge pressure - seems like alot a problems are coming from the blend doors not working properly.
Also a...
My son has on his wrangler - Less than a year old and leaking - warranty from them is not happening - just more China junk. I did warn him but he failed to listen - now going with OEM...

1-when you removed the old compressor you should have checked how much oil was still in it and add that amount.
2 - When charging refrigerant into the the system - you should break the vacuum with only refrigerant from a purged hose otherwise you introduce non - condensables into the system...
I have to replace the front top plates for my OME lifted 04 KJ and might as well replace the struts. JBA has Rancho RS5000 for under a hundred bucks also Bilsteins that say stock height only for the same price. Or should I just pay the extra for the OME 9009"s

Found a great condition Mopar tri - link online from out west for 60 dollars shipped.
