LOL yeah. I ended up having to get a whole new stick from the dealer (like $15....expensive little bugger) and drill the old one out. Nice to know i'm not the only one who's done that before...LOL :D -

Moaning noise when braking and steering
I also forgot to add that tread patterns can amplify this affect. The more aggressive they are, the louder they can be. Sometimes I can feel it in the pedal as well. I really don't think you have anything to be worried about with it :)- 2003KJ

It does not have to be Mopar. Any ATF+4 will work. Personally, I use regular power steering fluid and have had no bad side effects.- 2003KJ

It's probably just a fluke.....hear of that every now and then. You should be able to replace just the guts of the axle, with out physically replacing the entire axle. However, I would compare the cost of doing that, to the cost of replacing the entire axle with one from a 2003+ (would get the...- 2003KJ

x2 on the PB Blaster....that is some awesome stuff. Do you have a longer socket and a bigger drive? If you can get enough leverage on it, try using your foot and just practically stand on the SOB to get it off.....always works for me. edit: well never mind then....- 2003KJ
