    I am finally getting around to installing my Eaton TT and 4.10 gears. I am getting very close on the pattern but would love someone to look at it for a second opinion, or third. I think I need to shim the pinion a little more to bring it closer to the ring gear. Backlash is at .007.

    Thank you. So if I read this right the housing will be the same but I will need to use the mounting brackets off my current vehicle? Will look into the bushings for sure.
