I’m currently deliberating my next tire size for my 03 Liberty. Currently i got 245/75R16 on MOAB rims, i got OME lift plus two conduit clevis spacer and JBA UCA up front and two isolators in the back, regeared to 4.11, pinch weld pounded over. I’ll be building a custom front bumper so i thought it might be worth upsizing to 265/75R16 Falken Wildpeaks AT4. My concern is how much will it effect gas mileage and overall performance, also could there be any issues in the back with my setup? If anyone has experience with this tire size your input would be greatly appreciated.

More rubbing and slightly less mpg than a 265/70-16. I currently have nearly identical setup as you and get slight rub front and rear. I will be buying new tires (soon hopefully) and go back and forth between 70 or 75.
Did you have rubbing issues in the back wheel well?

Only when the wheel is stuffed in there, suspension bottom out on one side while extended on the other. And very minimal, nothing to worry about with the infrequent occasion.
So would you say it’s worth upgrading to 265/75r16 with my setup or am i asking for more trouble then it’s worth?

I had 265/75 on briefly (they came with the wheels) and they rubbed a lot in the front. Both front and back of wheel well doing simple things like pulling in and out of a parking spot, and yes my pinch welds are flattened out. There's also evidence of rubbing on the sway bar, but I'm not to concerned about that because it's not plastic. That's precisely why I go back and forth. I don't expect 265/70 to not rub, just less. But on the other hand, there seems to be more options in the 265/75 and it's really not a lot bigger. We're talking 1 inchish in total. That's only 1/2 closer to things.
