Ok. Must be the backspacing of the wheels that pushes the tires out past the flares.
Do you have a clevis lift on the front end yet? (Can use 3 conduit nuts for 3/8” of space, which translates into 3/4” additional lift at the wheels, if I remember correctly.) That could potentially get you out of the range where the tires rub. On the rear another isolator stacked on top of the spring should bring the rear end up to match, for about a 3” lift all around. Of course another alignment would be needed after, which I know is expensive to keep doing.
