3.7 Water pump

I looked through the threads and haven’t ran across anything conclusive enough for me. My water pump is shot so I need to replace it. I’ve noticed metal impellers and plastic impellers, which is correct?

Buy a quality one with metal ones
and of course use HOAT coolant
