Make sure when replacing the bulb to wear gloves, making sure that the bulb does not come into contact with oils on your hands, in your car, or elsewhere, as this can create weak spots on the bulb that cause it to break very quickly. Higher quality bulbs sometimes even come with gloves for this very reason. I don't think so I replaced the whole tail light assembly a few years ago because of electrical problems and never had a problem until nowAre you certain that water isnt getting in the housing?
