Frame rot

Well my gals 07 Liberty seems to have some frame rot ...I had the lower control arms done as a recall last week cause one broke.. luckily it was local in a parking lot..anyway..here's some pictures of the control arm and frame rot..the driver's side frame looks good...but the passenger is pretty bad and feels pretty bad on the others side which I can't see because of the muffler... what do you guys think about this...how long do I have before it breaks or whatever?..thanks for your input
