yes just the other day my 2005 jeep liberty crd chimmed at me 3 times and the oil light came on, so did the low fuel light, and the fuel/water light that says theres water in the fuel and the fuel guage reads empty all the time, took it to the dealer they look at it and tell me its the water/fuel separator and it needs the upgrade at a cost of 200 dollars. So I get the part and take it back home and fix it but still all the same lights are on and the gas gauge still reads empty. Is there a relay that controls these lights and gauge, I also did the check of the dash using the odometer button method and everything moves and goes off and on fine. Can the short at the water/fuel separator cause a short to those other systems or are they controlled by one relay or maybe the bcm or ecm I need help with this.
