Well, it's just called "rear swing gate removal" but the picture 21.4 is of those little side pieces by those cargo windows you're talking about.

All it says after that is just to undo the seat belt bolt, pull that quarter panel trim piece forward, and the swing gate wiring is supposed to be underneath. Sounds like that trim is only held on by clips so if you go around the edge of it it should just come off and expose whatever is under there/snap into place when you're finished. :shrug: It says installation is reverse of removal and doesn't call for any removal of screws so it should just snap right back on there.

I looked in the wiring diagrams too and I don't see anything for the rear - it's all just general stuff like radio, speakers, headlights, cruise control, etc.

Yeah thats the piece alright. It is just held in by clips but its a ton, las time I pulled it I thought it was breaking and it didnt go back on right at first. I wonder if there is a website where you can order those interior pannels. Lucky me I have the door pannel removal tool. Whats all this airbag stuff lol, am I gonna blow up thanks again for all of the help.

Lol! That's what I thought when I first read it but I think it pertains more to the front dashboard area but they just put it in as a precaution just in case.

Lol well how do I disable it to keepfrom blowing up? Can I just disconnect the battery or will I blow up when I plug it back in. I think Ill be alright since im not near any seatbelts.
