I am currently running a set of 245/75r16 Treadwright Guard Dog M/Ts and love them for the price. They have some vibrations at highway speed but nothing to write home over, and they're pretty noisy, but that's to be expected with any M/T.
I just took a look at Treadwright's website and noticed that they have a new M/T tread pattern, the Max Trax M/T.
I'm disappointed that there aren't any side lugs, but I'm diggin' the tread pattern.
These tires are made differently than normal Treadwrights. They're a bead-to-bead remold as opposed to a traditional retread. Not sure how this will affect quality. They've only been available since mid-October, so there aren't any reviews out on the web just yet, but I'm definitely going to keep my eyes and ears open.
If anyone cares to be a guinea pig, they have a sale on the 245/75r16 size right now, $108 a piece as opposed to the regular price of $129.
