It's hard to tell. I'm so busy with school that the only trips I take are the 35 mile round-trip between home and campus. Three weeks from this very moment I will be walking off the stage with a diploma and will get a chance to try it for real-sies. My parents are coming up from VA and I will be making an 800 mile round-trip to take them back. Much of that will be on the PA Turnpike, so I'll have a chance to really test it. I'll probably have the 4' one there for that trip, though.

For what it's worth, it seems to pick up signals pretty well. I'll try and remember to post an update once I get to really put it through its paces. :)

Added Taillight Guards and Window Shades. Some people like these, some don't. I'm thinking that black plasti-dip on the wheels and I'll have a nice menacing Green/Black combo going.

Final Exams in two weeks, so five-minute upgrades are it for right now. :icon_frown:

Lights were off. It was late in the afternoon and the camera flash lit things up:

Funny how the tail light guard are 50$ in the US on amazon and 105$ on amazon.ca...

I like the look of them and I really like the basket!

Got really excited and ran around in circles today and...

No, wait - that was yesterday. :smoke2:

Actually, I decided to measure the height of my un-lifted Jeep, since I was curious and the temperature was nearly 60F. (And I didn't want to work on the computer program I really ought to get finished...)

LF: 18.00"
RF: 18.25"
LR: 18.75"
RR: 18.50"

I keep reading that 19" is stock. Is that true both front and rear?

Also, I'm up to 48,000 miles now on a 7 year old Liberty. Is this typical sag, or better/worse than normal?

I have a very generous offer of a test ride in a lifted Liberty which I hope to be able to take advantage of before too much longer. Can any of you Sherlocks out there figure out why I'm asking all these question? ;)

Yeah, it sure does seem that the scent is in the air. :icon_lol:

Am I right about the 19" number for brand new stock height fore and aft?

So I get this text message on my phone today asking me if my rack will fit on a Subaru and wondering how much I want for it. :freak3:

Turns out some clown mistyped the phone number on a Craigslist ad. Guess the whole world will be calling me now... :disgust:

My 1st reply: Do I know you?
(A: Wanna buy your rack.)
2nd reply: Where did you get my number?
(A: Craigslist)
3rd reply: You have the wrong number.
(A: Can't be, I copied and pasted it into my phone.)
4th reply: No, it's not a Thule ski rack, and I have no idea if it fits a Subaru.
(A: How much do you want for it?)
5th reply: It's not for sale!
(A: Then why did you list it on Craigslist?)
6th reply: I didn't. You have the wrong number.
(A: Can't be, I copied and pasted it into my phone.)
7th reply: Aaarrrggghhhh!!!!! :uhoh2:

I finally had him send me the link and sure enough, my phone number was listed, though there was an extra digit in the area code. Next guy that calls I'm just going to answer "$3,000, Firm" and see if maybe they'll just go away. :Moon:
