Scangauge - Who Has One And.........

I know its kinda "geeky" but I too like the idea of the Scangauge device. It might be helpful to detect/troubleshoot problems. I don't happen to have an EVIC in my Libby.

It is a little pricey and at first I was not going to get one. After I thought about it I changed my mind though. Also, it is made in Mesa Az and they have an 800 # and are nice over the phone. You can put it in any vehicle with an OBDII port and I have another vehicle and it is easy to switch it around. I like it so I must be a little "geeky"......but just a "little"....haha

Altitude plays alot with the actual degrees.

You sure youre not confusing that with the boiling point?

Altitude has effects boiling points also.

My KJ normally runs about 210-215 degrees here at 6000',verified by both a Snapon Ethos and OTC's Genisis scanners(the toy's I get to diag with).

You can put it in any vehicle with an OBDII port and I have another vehicle and it is easy to switch it around. I like it so I must be a little "geeky"......but just a "little"....haha

Before ordering be sure to check your vehicle's compatibility. The ScangaugeII isn't compatible with the Liberty CRD models.
