Stock LightBar transplant

Managed to score a stock light bar from a wrecked Renegade of the same year as our Limited unit... 2003

Thing is I did not expect they were bolted to the roof?

Has anyone transplanted one of these before? How should I go about this without drilling holes and causeing water ingress..
We live in a rain forest here

I use CT1 for any holes in car bodies, it's miles better than silicone, seals permanently.
