I have things roughed together now. It hasn’t been too difficult so far for my first go at this.

Excellent, thank you! I was pondering this during my cooldown break here. I knew some things must have the weight on them.Looking good! Tighten bushings with jeep on it's wheels, you're ok to Tighten ball joints while still in th air.
No use to measure until you get an alignment first thing since it will drop 1/2 inch or soThe springs and shocks are in, everything torqued properly. I do still need to do the lower ball joints up front, but I’m going to do the stuff at the rear first. Good to see all the wheels back on again. I haven’t measured anything, but there sure seems to be a lot more wheel well up there.
That is the first thing that made it really sink in for me - "The Jeep has outgrown its jack - wowsers!" :-DOkay, so I needed this thing today for some reason.
Right, haven’t forgotten about most of that. It just plain looks high now.No use to measure until you get an alignment first thing since it will drop 1/2 inch or so
Then put 700 to 1000 miles on it ( with a lot of twisting it up ) another alignment then you can measure
I’ve been borrowing my daughter’s Mazda 6 this week. That thing is like driving a hole in the ground! You're just used to it looking like a snake, belly on the ground LOL
