What did you do to your jeep today?

Got the new Motive gears in the rear end, and the front diff installed. Threw some DTTs in it, front and rear. Mopar seals with Timken/Koyo bearings. Got pretty lucky in that the shim off the old gears worked perfect for the new ones.

Look into the Rotopax. You could mount it on the spare tire with the available bracket.

I have looked at them. They're nice, but too expensive and less capacity. We'll see though...

Maybe we should plan a weekend or something. Yours is 4x4 right? I'd bring my wife and daughter, a big cooler of food and a tent, you bring whoever and some sodas, and a tent, and I think it would be fun. We could just go until we find someplace nice to camp for a night or two, and put our rigs to the test a bit, to see what they can do.

Found the hole in my radiator and the reasons why the heat has been acting funny. Going to take it to the dealer tomorrow morning since I don't trust other rad shops to get it right the first time.

Drove mine to a buddy's place to help him install new sway bar links in his '03 Rennie. His coils and springs are shot as well, they've only been replaced once in ~215,000 miles.

His '94 TJ won't start either. We found out that mice got into it over the winter and chewed up a bunch of wiring, which will be fun to track down and fix:Nonono:

Got my secondary TC tensioners and headbolts. They were waiting for me by my door when I got back from Albany. Maybe some day I'll get the KJ back together and be able to drive it the 380 miles up there.

Evac leak and new sway bar links with bushings on the 03. New sway bar links and bushings on the 07. No more clunking in the front ends from Mi. pot holes and a much better ride as well. New tabs for the plates too.

Gave the inside a good cleaning. Installed my KC bar light brackets on my roof rails, gonna put a set of slim rough country 100 watt lights up there. Also installed my cross rails and roof basket. Also installed my shovel mounts that my great girlfriend got for me for my birthday, to the roof basket. Need to buy a shovel now.

today i cleaned up the rusty looking wiper arms and gave them a respray plus fitted a new mp3 compatible head unit as the stock cd/tape system is rubbish
