My first post here

Hope this si going into the what I did to my KJ today thread.

In the past two weeks I have:
replaced the timing sets, head gaskets, had the heads worked. thoroughly cleaned engine bay, replaced front hubs, replaced exhaust, changed oil and filter.
Today I ordered my Daystar lift

Next week, I will order my Bilstien struts and new springs..
Which brings me to a question:
what do you all think of this:
Daystar KJ09123Bk
Bilstien struts front
Bilstien shocks rear

AND what else should I change while I am at it?
Thanks

OH YEAH:

did you do anything special to sleep in it? or just folded down some seats.
contemplated building something I can put in the jeep that'll allow me to sleep/camp in it comfortably and still store all my tools/parts/spares for my track days.

New moog upper balljoints. Fixed a clunk that developed suddenly. A-arm bolts got loose on driver side. Added 1/4" clevis plus some fudge to level it side to side and front to back. Now sitting getting aligned.

Replaced valve cover gasket on the right side (did the left side previously) and no more burning oil smell in the cabin. MUCH easier than I thought it would be...

Then washed & waxed her up pretty! :party52:

Started work on my brush guard. Since I finished the front hitch... all the other projects that were waiting for it are starting to come together.

Don't use the clear, keep it flat like your flares.

Got home Monday afternoon after a quick four day, five hundred mile mini vacation.
Hey that's what I did last week, well close. I did 1000km and hit some trails in northern Ontario, and did some kick ass fishing. Two more weeks and I'm going back.
