I took a video of me taking the shroud out and explaining the process in case I ever forget the steps.
Very specific steps just to remove it.
The first and best mod I've done on the jeep.

I notched out my shroud this morning.
7" x 0.5" notch was barely enough get the shroud out.
The dimensions may vary depending on what clutch fan you have.
The goal is to notch it out enough to move it pass the clutch fan.
Now I can get to my oil pressure sender, lower rad hose and thermostat.

I need to do that one of these days...I think I'm still carrying about 150 lbs of the Utah west desert in my main skid! :icon_eek:took the skids off. looks like i may have ruined one of the rivet nuts putting them back on the last time. FML.

so yeah.... twisted/sprained my right hand wrenching under the jeep...
