OR, tell em to "Piss off", "Get a warrant". Always makes your day more interesting!

Bob

I never consent to a search. If they search after that without a warrant and without my consent nothing will hold up. I learned my lesson. They say be nice and they will be nice. Not always.

Would love to take a weekend road trip. I'm not much on the experience side but I have two hands that I love to get dirty.

got it aligned today.
toe was out on the left side.
also was told the inner and outer tie rods are siezed (he had to torch them to get them to turn) and the lower control arm adjusting bolts on the right side are siezed up as well.

So... what are my options for LCAs, bolts, etc? :D

Replace the bushings and ball joints in the OE control arms and reuse. MOOG bushings and bj's. The lower cam bolts are available from "Specialty Products Company", SPC for short. I posted about them in a thread here; http://www.jeepkj.com/forum/f203/not-exactly-lift-but-58292/

There are 3 bushings per control arm, (2) mounting bushings, and (1) clevis mount. Be sure to do all three while you're at it. If you do it yourself, it requires a press to get the old ones out and new ones in. OTC and SnapOn both build a heavy duty "C clamp" style press that work great. Where ever you buy the bushings should have one you can borrow/rent to do it yourself, or take the arms to a machine shop. Also the option of just turning it over to a competent shop and having it done.

fingers crossed that there aren't any more leaks.

crap.....
found out my condensation drain hose is MIA.
got a 3/4" heater hose as a replacement.
bah......
Did someone forget the drain tube & it's laying on the bench somewhere or what? Good thing you caught it.
Otherwise, a bilge pump may have been needed! :icon_lol:
So is the A/C now all good and cold now?
