Wow 2.15! I thought I was lucky with the tank of 2.19 I got over near Randallstown.
Bob asked for it :ROFLJest:
Is this about what we did to our KJs or what happened to our wallets at the pumps?
My plates arrived in the mail today, along with some 19" Bosch ICON wiper blades. I installed the plates, the rear framed in billet aluminuminuminum, then swapped out the wiper blades.
I'm hoping this coming season will be the end of our 4-year drought and I will get plenty of snow to drive in. I took my first driving lesson in the snow behind the wheel of my aunt's 1929 Model A when I was in the 4th grade. I've enjoyed snow driving since then. Many years ago, our local CHP were mounting 4 studded mud & snows on their sedans to test their effectiveness. I decided to do the same on my Opel Manta Luxus that year. Ever since, I have never installed chains. Now that I'm driving a KJ, I don't think I'll even be doing studs.
Right now, I have to be satisfied with the little things. I'm concentrating on paying the Jeep off as quickly as I can. My lungs can't do a thorough wash & wax, so I'm having that done tomorrow in Reno.

since it says "what did you do to your JEEP" instead of Liberty lol... I fell over in mine while on a weekend Labor day off-road trip. Coming at if you could not see the drop at all and there was no markings. It just looked like a rocky area until it was to late. I was told the area has almost claimed many Jeeps.

$3.00 is the price in Chicago. Pay it or walk. I use the BP rewards program got it down to $2.69 i thought it was a steal. $40 something to fill up from a quater tank yipee.
CRAP! :favorites68:
First off, glad you're OK. Second, surprised there isn't more damage to the passenger side of your JK - must have landed just right, eh?
What fluids leaked out? Can't tell if that's oil or coolant; did you need a tow home or did you drive it?
Whew - bet you needed to change your shorts after that one :mexsmoke:
Bob
Transmission fluid mostly. Had to sit around for a while for some ATF+4 to be delivered. That was about it for fluids on the ground. Started right up and drove it out of the park and home. No CEL or smoke or anything.
