Replaced my drive belt pulley and tensioner also replaced my driver side window regulator.

I picked it up off of fleabay and when it came in I was worried because it didn't look like the old one....

You must be registered for see images attach

The left one is the new one and the right one... well, you know...

I contacted the company and they said to 'trust them' it would fit.

45 min's later and my window is working great!

The price was only $68.50 and that included shipping!

Hopefully the new design will work better then the OEM one did!

Tore the dash apart to replace a couple of bulbs in the instrument cluster... managed to knock some of the gauge needles off, and spent some quality time with the Scangauge trying to put it all back together correctly. (banghead)

I did the same thing a couple of years ago... you'd think I'd learn by now. screwy.gif

Installed my laptop mount on the passenger side for work. Actually I did this recently but I was just thinking about it.

Changed out the idler pulley. Since changing out the tensioner pulley, the idler pulley, and the water pump, she runs nice and quiet now. I also cleaned out the inside, vacuumed her out, dusted and armor-alled the inside, and cleaned the glass. I also hauled a bunch of trash off. Busy day!

We got our Rig back this morning.
Had a custom made front drive shaft installed.
Double cardon joint on transfercase side and U joint at differential.
The whole unit is now field serviceable.
Also had the factory stand alone ****** cooler plumbed inline with the in rad ****** cooler.
Now I just need some valve cover gaskets.

Next modification will be ventilating the hood and removing the KJ's balls.

Yes, dampeners on rear diff.;)

I couldn't physically move today.
We'll see how Saturday goes...
If I'm capable of movement, I'll take some photo's
and post them.
BTW, a local 4X4 shop did The U joint conversion.
It was less costly than the factory CV joint driveshaft.

Yeah, very expensive 1 st. quarter!

Which tri-link did you use as replacement? I was underneath mine yesterday and it's looking horrible but still operating ok - but I see a new one in my future. Did you go with the off-road version or the $150 one? Just curious for planning purposes.

Thanks Tom

Technically I didn't do anything to it, but I got some 1 3/8" top rail and t-clamps to make my cross bars. Looking into something to coat it with now. Considering spray on bed liner, but how would that hold up to ladders/lumber being strapped down?

I burned a tank of gas driving up the Minneapolis and back.

And just finished installing my front tow hooks (without removing the bumper fascia):smokin:

Now the grill is smoking and the beer is tasting mighty fine:party52:
