I went to the range and found the downrange paths have not been plowed. There was 12-16" of snow depending on the spot, and it is all still powder with about 2" of crust at the bottom. The liberty ripped through it like nothing.

04 has been lifted over 14 years and 210,000 miles
03 has been lifted 4-5 years ( well ever since I bought it, right after ) about 55,000 miles
the 05 had remained stock for almost 6 years, too long
OME 925s for the front and 947s for the rear and Bilsteins all around , had to stay close to stock height so my 87 year old Mother, 92 year old step father ( who is now in a nursing home ) could still climb in easily plus it was getting down to a little over an inch below new stock and I hated driving it, so now , good to go again !!

haven't touched it since the last snow storm.
it sits inside, waiting to go out into the dark night, do the rough tasks asked of it, and make it's owner money. :D

Quotes from area shops to install lift in the WK2 range from $6-800 !!
Guess it'll wait until spring unless I can find someone with a lift and heated garage.

Plan now is to get everything and do one mad week of mods once the spring weather breaks

Anyways got down with some air & the torque wrench, I'm good to roll again.
How much does it cost per tire to fill with nitrogen ?

I wish I could get 6-800 for a KJ lift LOL
I have a heated ( so nice to have free gas ) garage, well two- two car garage but never seen the need for a lift to install a lift

Damn, which shops did you go to?

Back in FL I paid $250 for the first lift on the KJ to be installed.

@tommudd @HoosierJeeper
I got quotes from Cordell's and Luke's up here in Onalaska- both including alignment. Bollum's said around $400-450 without alignment.

I don't really NEED a lift, but it would make it easier.
I only have an unheated, small garage. And with the Victory tucked alongside the GC, it's pretty tight. And I'm not crawling around on cold concrete, or going without a vehicle for a few days when it's cold outside.

In the spring, I'll be warm while I work and have the scoot for getting around.

I'm hoping to have the new front bumper cover, new fog-lights, lift, and skids together by then-so I can do it all in one mad week.

Takes my Mother , my son and I to the funeral home, and then to cemetery tomorrow
My step father ( for over 53 years, he was 92 ) has passed, so now the 05 will follow the hearse tomorrow for his final ride
Take care everyone, over the holiday season, give everyone you love a special hug
