Took the KJ downstate yesterday to (and today) wheel at a friends' folks place. Had a good time meeting new peeps, camping, and getting stuck twice. :D

put the spare on the kj. Because come to find BFGoodwrench Wrangler tires suck. So ill be going for something better. Put a nice hole in the side wall. All I was doing was driving around my parents woods.

It's BF Goodrich, and BFG doesn't make Wrangler tires.

lol..you've got 3 different companies sharing the blame for one tire in that sentence :happy175:

and there are more versions of "Wrangler" tires than I can count ... from crap to king. Do you have ST's? ...that would explain a lot.

Sorry 'bout yur flat though!

*sigh*
pressing the jeep back into DD duties tomorrow.
Dodge Shadow fuel tank is leaking... AGAIN.
NOT happy. trying to get it to 300k miles but you know what...
1993 Dodge Shadow

if that's still for sale I might get it, figure out what's wrong and fix it, drive it for the summer, then convert it to stick shift over the winter.

i'd say so far the mockup is coming along nicely.
I'll test fit with the actual radio another day.

New brakes all around. Akebono pads and raybestos premium rotors.

85k original brakes and they still had pad left on all but one and that was the inside front left pad. That one had about 1/8" left.

Found where my gas was going since I am back from the wood. There is a small leak in the fuel line near to the engine. I knew a rock snapped under the jeep, now I know where it did XD
