I think it was more of a hypothetical suggestion and his way of basically saying that there really is nothing out there.
A regear is going to give you the most improvement and about the most you can do. It doesn't give you more power but will channel it better.
Trust me, if there was...
Won't those things cause more damage to your vehicle if you hit something with it? I've never ran one, but I was thinking I read somewhere that in the event of hitting something and you have a brush guard it usually creates serious damage to the vehicle that wouldn't exist without it.
There is no such thing as a body lift for a KJ, It is a unibody. If it was a body on frame you could run a suspension lift with body lift. My JK has a very small body lift as well as a full suspension lift.
Your spare tire will crumble the hell out of their hood. Probably kiss that plastic bumper cover goodbye and probably have to replace that wheel and tire on the back maybe. Just depends on how hard they hit you.
Your bumper appears to be about even with the headlights/Grill of the car you are...
No, It's not a towing hitch it's a reinforcement bar. It is what they are replacing a lot of the recall with now since it's cheaper. It's not designed to tow things. It is basically just a structural reinforcement beam and nothing more.
They have started doing that here as well so it's popping...

It's not a KJ but I have something similar (stinger) that is welded on. I wouldn't have the platic cover be your mount points at all though. Just the drag on the interstate could be enough to rip it out of the plastic going down the road.. Probably wouldn't make for a good time at all.
Yeah dude, No-one is trying to be rude because it's cool you are modifying your Jeep.
I know it's not answering the question you asked and you didn't post to hear others opinions on the lift at all but it still has to be said. That is a very bad lift to go with though on the KJ. Within a few...
