Low side AC pressure very high
Download the FSM it containts a troubleshooting section for the AC. What are the pressures while the compressor is running (engine on, clutch engaged)? and what is the outside temp when you took these readings? Does your compressor cycle a lot? like more than 8 times a minute?- Myke

06 3.7 overheating
Did you mix in green coolant or did you have the orange hoat coolant on your trailer? Also be cautious now that it has over heated. These heads like to drop the #2 cyl valve seat after they over heat.- Myke

Weird Overheating.....Sometimes
Yeah I'm going to add the HD cooling for out on the trails. Not that I was overheating but I would like it to run cooler when crawling along. Going to try and find a louver set I like to get some more flow through the engine bay.- Myke

Rear lower shock mount extensions
He traded ~1-2" of non-usable up travel for ~1-2" of usable down travel for $30. Seems like a win to me. Great idea!- Myke

05 3.7 overheating in stop-and-go traffic
Just be cautious about driving it and letting it overheat. Being your daily driver this can be a big issue when the head drops a valve seat and destroys your motor. These heads are notorious for this. Once you see the temp gauge moving you're already over heating. It's not a linear throw so you...- Myke

Engine Sputtering around 1500RPM?
If the replacement radiator isn't Mopar I would keep an eye on it and expect it to crack again within a year or two. Also if you didn't have the dealer do it I would verify what coolant was put in. You can tuck the wires into the gap on the side of the windshield and run them down under the wiper cowl into the engine bay for power. A/C SYSTEM Oil capacity
It's 8oz of PAG46 oil and 26oz of R134a on a completely new system. If you're only replacing the compressor just empty the oil from it and put in the same amount. Some people suggest replacing the accumulator anytime the system is exposed to air. If you replace the accumulator too just know it...- Myke
