No. It's been a while since I chopped/ripped my bumper off and replaced it. IIRC, there are a couple of plastic rivets that hold the wheel well liner to the trailing edge of the bumper skin and a couple of bolts under the grille. Check some of the how-to's . electric problem
Check the ground. Without a good ground the circiut will not be complete. I also just replaced my factory HU because it decided to eat my favorite Coheed & Cambria CD. I used a wiring adapter from Crutchfield, soldered it to the HU's wiring harness, plugged into the factory wiring and grounded...- ptsb5a

Use hockey pucks for the bump stops in the rear. Search the "how-to" section, there's a lot of good info in there. OnStar in a Jeep!
I'm glad that I don't have OnStar. Makes choosing the spots I use to dispose of the bodies somewhat more reassuring when I know that no one is watching me. Wonder if Tony Soprano's 'hoe/burban had OnStar? I'm not too keen on the whole idea. Sure it has some good points but it's too close...- ptsb5a
