Sorry for late reply, weather and the holidays had things crazy. Front 4.10 is gone. Parts left are: Forged KK clevis forks (can be used in place of spacing the the stock ones on a kj.) I believe they are 10mm longer? give or take, which doubles for lift, giving you almost an inch L or R...- JRB

2005 KJ, 2.8crd 6sp Transmission Selector
To be safe I'd contact B&M, I believe when I looked into they only have it listed for the 05+ wranglers with the nsg370, but that transmission came in the libertys and I believe some nitros as well. I couldn't imagine them making different transmissions for such a small market of other vehicles...- JRB

I say go for it for sure! Look into mig, and arc/stick, even 120v machines can do around 3/16" in a single pass. If you don't know how often you'll use it, you'd be surprised the projects you can get done with 120v (then if you upgrade the mini one can come along the offroad trailer for field...- JRB

left and right are no different other than length. when my drivers wheel bearing went, I went with amazon china wheel bearings with sensors and are universal since they were both made the longer length for which ever side needed it (I don't recall off hand). Front drive shaft removal
mine on my 07 was really stuck in there, i dulled down a cold chisel and got it out with some firm but gentle tappy tap tap's. also give it some penetrating oil if you have some, if you don't but have atf and a spirit or thinner, 50/50 of that can work nice as well.- JRB

Somone on here may know, but it couldn't hurt to try and contact jba as well to see if that is not normal. It's hard to tell by the photos, do the tapered fits not match and that is the concern, or just not long enough stud threads for the nut to capture? I agree with duderz above, the knuckle...- JRB

Dang! Unless you know someone who does the work for a good price, it still may be worth picking up a bottle of mapp gas (~$15 USD) if you don't have some (it'll get hotter than propane/butane can) and cherry red it up and vice grip it out. Gear Swap
Put an indicator mark on the ring gear and spin the pinion side by hand. Less than 4 full revolutions of the pinion side will be 3.73's and slightly over 4 will be 4.10's, a good way to confirm you got what you paid for. (3.73 revolutions for those gears and 4.1 for that set of gears if not...- JRB

Mark me down as interested, I have a sport as well and don't mind drilling into things. So there's some wiring already somewhere down there for where lights would be for the floor mats essentially? Beings those are led, makes me want to do both the mirrors, and get the footwells also.- JRB

Trailer prices are out of control where I'm at, snagged this late night deal that needs some fixing up from the online buy/sell getting spot. Guy said yeah just redid all the wiring just add your connector and you'll be good to go. I managed to get to the walmart before they closed. 2 trips...- JRB

I would be leary of it shifting on heavy impacts myself, unless it was a beefy neodymium magnet, then all you have to worry about destroying a finger putting it in place LOL. We have some gnarly potholes/sink holes around here, the double sided tape would be a nice piece of mind if it is not...- JRB
