KJ parts, ironman 4x4 lift kit + many extras JBA UCA, skid plate + more

Sorry for late reply, weather and the holidays had things crazy. Front 4.10 is gone. Parts left are: Forged KK clevis forks (can be used in place of spacing the the stock ones on a kj.) I believe they are 10mm longer? give or take, which doubles for lift, giving you almost an inch L or R...

KJ parts, ironman 4x4 lift kit + many extras JBA UCA, skid plate + more

The ones I have are the forged and not stamped metal, as far as I read they were more sought after. Tomorrow or Saturday I should have time to swing by to check on what else I have!

KJ parts, ironman 4x4 lift kit + many extras JBA UCA, skid plate + more

I have left a wheel bearing and sensor, kk forks, factory tow hooks, and some other odds and other small odds and ends in a box. I can find out what else I have, let me know if any of those sound useful!

KJ parts, ironman 4x4 lift kit + many extras JBA UCA, skid plate + more

Update, ironman kit sold, JBA UCA's newest gen, BNIB available. I think they go for $450+ shipping on the site, how does $399 shipped sound to someone who can use them? I have an ebay link up, hopefully that's all right with the rules.

    Cruise Control

Something to keep in mind, it is not just the switches but the surrounding plastic that all come out in one piece that would be swapped out if that makes sense. Your wheel may not look like it would be able to adapt them into, but there's a good chance chrysler didn't put the money into making...

    2005 KJ, 2.8crd 6sp Transmission Selector

To be safe I'd contact B&M, I believe when I looked into they only have it listed for the 05+ wranglers with the nsg370, but that transmission came in the libertys and I believe some nitros as well. I couldn't imagine them making different transmissions for such a small market of other vehicles...

Seat swap - passenger seat SRS light comes on now

FSM's http://www.colorado4wheel.com/manuals/Jeep/KJ/ 07 may be one of those years that is missing since it was a transition year to the kk, and then would just refer to the 06 as they are quite close to the 07's. No side airbag on the seats as far as I've seen. The seat has a bladder with a...

    KK Rock Sliders

I say go for it for sure! Look into mig, and arc/stick, even 120v machines can do around 3/16" in a single pass. If you don't know how often you'll use it, you'd be surprised the projects you can get done with 120v (then if you upgrade the mini one can come along the offroad trailer for field...

What did you do to your jeep today?

left and right are no different other than length. when my drivers wheel bearing went, I went with amazon china wheel bearings with sensors and are universal since they were both made the longer length for which ever side needed it (I don't recall off hand). I think I paid $80 for the pair. the...

    Front drive shaft removal

mine on my 07 was really stuck in there, i dulled down a cold chisel and got it out with some firm but gentle tappy tap tap's. also give it some penetrating oil if you have some, if you don't but have atf and a spirit or thinner, 50/50 of that can work nice as well.

    Help with jba uca!

Somone on here may know, but it couldn't hurt to try and contact jba as well to see if that is not normal. It's hard to tell by the photos, do the tapered fits not match and that is the concern, or just not long enough stud threads for the nut to capture? I agree with duderz above, the knuckle...

What did you do to your jeep today?

Dang! Unless you know someone who does the work for a good price, it still may be worth picking up a bottle of mapp gas (~$15 USD) if you don't have some (it'll get hotter than propane/butane can) and cherry red it up and vice grip it out. Not guaranteed 100% it will work, but the remainder of...

    Cat stolen

There needs to be wayyyyy harsher penalties for theft. I wrote some other stuff following that, but since this site has censorship for the word su.cks I took it all away, but you can use your imagination of horror films to know what I want to see done with those people. Like duderz said, it's...

    Gear Swap

Put an indicator mark on the ring gear and spin the pinion side by hand. Less than 4 full revolutions of the pinion side will be 3.73's and slightly over 4 will be 4.10's, a good way to confirm you got what you paid for. (3.73 revolutions for those gears and 4.1 for that set of gears if not...

What did you do to your jeep today?

Mark me down as interested, I have a sport as well and don't mind drilling into things. So there's some wiring already somewhere down there for where lights would be for the floor mats essentially? Beings those are led, makes me want to do both the mirrors, and get the footwells also.

    Diff and axle hunting

Nice upgrade. Similar to the jba uca's for the front, does the IRO rear upper sit at an angle that's more favorable to lifts?

What did you do to your jeep today?

Trailer prices are out of control where I'm at, snagged this late night deal that needs some fixing up from the online buy/sell getting spot. Guy said yeah just redid all the wiring just add your connector and you'll be good to go. I managed to get to the walmart before they closed. 2 trips...

    Diff and axle hunting

I would be leary of it shifting on heavy impacts myself, unless it was a beefy neodymium magnet, then all you have to worry about destroying a finger putting it in place LOL. We have some gnarly potholes/sink holes around here, the double sided tape would be a nice piece of mind if it is not...
