Does anyone do an aftermarket LCA for a lifted KJ? I didn't think such a thing existed... unless, of course, you're talking about getting someone to fab some for you?

No one makes aftermarket lowers

and as far as lift I've never had a problem with getting my 04 aligned ran it first 70,000 lifted with stock arms and it was on the edge but with the 4.5s have never had a problem.

unless you have a aftermarket bumper the 790s will be a little much for ya, too stiff without the weight
also don't know why you're not higher than 22 most of the ones done here at my place end up 22.5 to 22.75 and we don't use Franky parts, well I do but the others don't

yea I hear ya. I think my springs have sagged that much. There's no other explanation. I run over train tracks a lot and, well, I don't slow down. I on numerous occasions feel the front slam the bumpstops. So, one could say i'm not exactly easy on it.
If I've done this to the 927s then maybe the 790s would be better for me. But yea I'm not thrilled about trying them without some weight up there.

Jamie I was thinking out loud again, so you know what that means...

It would be nice if say maybe Dakota lower a-arms would bolt up. I've heard they have a nice setup, but that's what I heard. so....

Sorry I didn't get more good comparisons, but this is the only two that really relate that I took.

Now this is an adjustment. Competent mechanics only. Lazy mechanics need not apply.

Here's another that shows how far they moved it. This is the front side of the bolt of the after pic above.

They didn't do much to the left side. The right side was just jacked. They did a little to the left, but just a little. It fell in when the right was corrected.

Sorry for the poor picture.
Now it drives very well and a funny vibration I have had since the lift went in has now gone. This is the best the Garage could get it withour compromising Camber for Caster & viceversa.

Can you tell us what the bottom row headings are? if that is cross caster on the bottom then doesn't it pull like crazy to the left or right? The left might wear a little more than normal on the outside edge too. I wouldn't be happy with that, but that's me. I'm picky.

Hi,
The headings are:
Actual
Cross Camber : 0.31'
Cross Caster: 0.27'
Total Toe: 0.12'

No my KJ goes dead straight and yes it i have been told it might wear a bit on the inside of the tyres, but I can live with it, it's also a million times better than before. Prity sure first time I go offroad it will fall apart.
