Thinking of buying myself the OME 2" lift as well as BF Goodgich KO2's in 245/70r17. I would also like to upgrade the wheels but am having a hard time finding what I want in a 7" wide wheel. My question is does anybody run anything wider than stock, a lot of company's only go down to a 8" wide wheel so I was going to try those but wondering if I could and if I'd have to do anything different to do so

In order to help those pondering a lift, it would seem beneficial to have a thread showing what the numbers (height and such) look like in real life.

Please post a few pics, specs (what type/coil/shocks/part numbers/extras like isos, spacers, etc/tires)

So I'll head it off.

KJ: 05 LTD 3.7 4x4 in Light Khaki
Lift: Front: OME 926 with Bilstein part #F4-BE5-6458-H7
Rear: OME 948 with Bilstein part # F4-BE5-A702--H0
Hub to fender measurement: 21.5"
No extras

Tires: 245/70/17 Nitto Terra Grapplers No rubbing

HJ, do you possibly have a link or can point me to a website to get the suspension parts similar to yours?

2012 Jeep Libert Jet Lift Q&A

I recently purchased my 2012 Jeep Liberty because my wife owned a 2010 and I just loved the style of the Jeep. Anyway; after a few quick exterior changes I now want to soon lift the Jeep and put new wheels and tires on her - but have no idea where to start. I am very new to all of this and was hoping for some solid advice.

What kind of lift, height, and specs should I look to achieve and what wheel sizes would fit?

Any help would be welcome.

Thanks!

First throw a post up in the regular thread
Next tell us more what your budget is for the lift
Plus how much lift you want

Very happy with how it turned out. Height, ride and looks. I was a little worried that it might have that ‘lifted wander’ while driving down the road, but there is none of that. Rides and corners great too. Very little body roll. A lot less than stock.
