Well, if you know what low Power Steering fluid while turning sounds like, then you've come to the right place. I'm started to get that whirring, checked the fluid low, I can barely see anything in the reservoir. Question is, if I can pin point the leak (I'm pretty sure there's a leak, there's fluid underneath my car), can I fix it myself, or would a leak be caused by a pump issue? Also, ATF+4 fluid is the recommended fluid for my KJ, would it be ok to get the MOPAR PS fluid, fill it, turn the wheels back and forth to push the fluid through, and wait a few days to check it in given the time of year? Or would it better to not drive it, check it in and have a shop (or dealer) fix it.
