Went and did a little wheeling, nothing crazy but a good first run for the season!

Cleaned the throttle plate, repaired the windshield as best as I could. I used Rain-X Windshield repair Kit got the great big star crack about 70 percent repaired.

Replaced the passenger wheel bearing/hub assembly and the sway bar bushings and end links on both sides.

Pics in my thread in a while...

I'm glad you're taking good care of the Jeep, seeing as how your other ride is not looking too good.

It's probably Shaggy's fault:

Added a top plate. Was going to add conduit nuts but my A-Arms seem to be maxed out and I don't want contact. The search for used a-arms begins...

I didn't feel like borrowing a friend's truck, so I just threw it in my brother's car. It kinda fits haha.

That's a monster setup. One thing I might have looked into is to have the axle tubes perimeter welded to the center section. The pinion torque was taken up at the center section, now it's at the tubes. You're strength is only as good as the factory plug weld connection between the tubes and the center.

That's an interesting thought. I probably won't do it just because I don't want to take the carrier out, and I know that much heat would not be good for the bearings.

More like what it did to me today, give me a quick fit and a scare. Leaving work, started up the engine was getting in the mode to drive when the annoying something is wrong beep happened, saw that something was up witj the ESP,ABS and TCS systems since the lights lit up. My response was ''Don't do this to me now." said out loud, I shut the Jeep off fired it back up lights never came back on. No idea what caused the fluke.

Does anyone ever have a problem under hard acceleration with up-shifting? Accelerator floored from a stop, what RPM does your jeep shift at? Keep it floored and check. Does it go to 5500-5750 before it shifts from 2nd to 3rd? Do you have to let off before it will shift? If not, why does mine?

Went on business sales trip last week and thought I blew the engine. Only code was PO302, but check engine light was flashing and it was running like it was only hitting on 4 of 6. Give it gas and it bogs down. Turned off the engine and let it sit, restart, and it runs fine. Any ideas?

With a flashing check engine light, you probably were running on only 4 of 6.

Flashing check engine light = active misfire that can and will damage your catalytic converters. Pull over immediately.

You either have ignition issues (not quite enough spark for that heavy load) or fuel delivery issues (same; not quite enough fuel for that heavy load).
