interesting.
I put mine at factory rating.

What to run at has always come up as a heated debate. Over inflation leads to worn tires but under leads to terrible gas mileage (and possibly worn tires if too under inflated). 32 is on my door and I feel that is wayyyy to squishy for me. nice grip but I feel almost like I am dragging the tires.

I only feel like I'm dragging them when I'm at full lock. I sometimes think I need a little less pressure at least in the rears.

I run 35-38 depending on conditions if I have to put a load in the back 38 if I'm running normal 35. I have am much much better ride than running 33.

this storm is ******* me off. looks like it's going to be a fizzle. I was kinda looking forward to having to push every 2 hours or so for a day straight. Just to show how BAD ASS a Liberty really is. :D

One thing I have come across is that it may take up to 15-20 minutes of driving time above 15mph for changes to be reflected in the readout. Are you giving it that long to update?

Well, I finally went out and did this after work. Now all 4 are displaying, "--". :blah:

Further research indicates that the temperature sensor changed in 04, so I need an 04 or newer EVIC to show that... however the TPMS sensors changed in 05, and possibly 06-07 as well. So, really, I need an 05 EVIC+PSI. :favorites68:

Yeeeeah. Gonna drop this for now. It's not that important.

Judging from the parts fiche, what I need is PN 56010527AD, since mine had 56010520AD. I should have looked at that in the first place, it would have saved me a lot of time.

However, my gas mileage has gone up by about 2 mpg after the new plugs and air filter. So that's awesome. Getting ~20mpg at 70mph cruise speed now, on flat ground. Not horrible, my old truck got 17.5, so it's a decent improvement.

^^ *Like for the improvement in mpg. Sorry to her about the TPMS. :(

Today I just noticed your new avatar. :happy175:

Also, I'm becoming really good at swapping those overhead consoles. I can do it and reprogram the Homelink in about 3 minutes now. :)

changed serpentine belt and tensioner , all gates. Same belt and tensioner for 5 years plus. Some cracks but was really extended when compared to the new gates belt.

Still got a whine which i presume is the power steering pump churning the cold atf where the PS hose finally has no leaks.

sounds is comming near the alternator but could easily be PS pump. Will see if it goes away in 4 months when winter is over or if either explode before then.

All pulleys were free spinning with a little more resistance on the alternator which is presumably normal.

The water pump pulley seemed to move a bit (up down), is that the first indication that the bearing is shot and pump soon to follow? Napa replacement worthwhile?

I'm hoping to get this resolved before Spring Training begins so Bullwinkle can return with his Tribe baseball cap. In the meantime I'm just trying to inject a little dark humor into the situation. I ain't laughing when I'm talking to mechanics and insurance agents, though. :icon_lol:

Liking not for the trouble you have, but for keeping your sense of humor about it.

Was finally warm enough for me.to hand wash my kj and clean the idle air control valve. We ended up getting to 67 degrees today. We still have snow from the last storm in the shade.

Drove home today...first left turn, signal was fine...next left turn, high speed flasher! Ugh...checked the bulb, it was good, but changed it anyway. Still got the fast flash and no rear signal. ..swapped the socket over to the other side...same issue. Ahh hah! New socket for $10 = problem solved! :)

Window regulator repair kit will be here tomorrow, I'm shocked at how fast it got here from Rochester NY. Put the window up on the passenger side, you can move it around.... Not good, Monday can not get here soon enough. I'm not wondering if that one morning in November when I moved the pass window down a bit to see if it was froze up, and the grinding that followed was the plastic breaking a little.
