I took the day off

So I had time to install new Optima battery, and autolite copper plugs. I'm rebuilding the 02 part by part. Next weekend differential fluid and transmission filter weekend. Then I think I'll be ready for the winter.

Torqued lugs, tire pressures, windshield wash etc. also did the fusion.

I wired up my Hellas! and then re-adjusted them because I could see people putting their hands in front of their face as I was driving towards them....

Then, I started investigating why I have coolant leaking and burning off my engine...I guess I have my next project.

so I take it the CV head rebuild didn't do the trick for you?

Unfortunately it didn't, but I replaced the transfer case also due to a grinding noise and that seemed to fix the issue. Now I just have a slight vibration at 62mph which I'm chalking up to my Treadwright MTRs.

Got my ironman lift installed!! with rear iso, 15mm front trim pack, teraflex bumpstops and rear hockey pucks...I love it! The ride is so much better and I am about 3-4" higher than my previously sagged out suspension. The front is about 1" lower than the rear, so going to go a 3/8" clevis soon too. I'll post pics tomorrow and update the "fender flare heights" thread

Hectikart, Nice look on the lift. Question on the Por15 though.....isn't it light sensitive?

Re-built my front sway bar (new end links and bushings.) Behold: No more creaking when it flexes over bumps!

I won't make the mistake of greasing it again. The old bushings were eaten up!
