Hectikart, Nice look on the lift. Question on the Por15 though.....isn't it light sensitive?

Thanks! I'm loving it, rides so much better than my old shot stock suspension.

Yeah, POR15 is not UV resistant by itself. They sell a top coat that comes in either clear or black to protect it on exposed surfaces...although I haven't applied that yet. I want to see how long it will actually take to be affected by sunlight. So far it's been at least a month and it looks exactly the same as the day it went on.

Didn't take it to Jeep Jam like RockyMountain...but I did take it to a local offroad park and stretched it out a bit. Pics, etc. in General Discussion section.

I took off the 20 inch rims I got last spring and put on the stock 16s.

Have a very cool tire shop I go to and I got all new lug nuts for $10 (probably the best $10 I've spent in a while!)...20 lug nuts total.

I am cheap and he has my name/number and is keeping an eye out for a good set of tires for the winter which I will put on when the call comes in...

I agree, unless you go full bumper and do an ARB...or maybe Rock Lizard. Tom, didn't you do a test fit for a bumper/guard from JBA recently? How was that?

Was great nice well built brush guard
Did a test fit on 05-07 since one had never been done yet
Little difference in the bumper etc, have to do some extra trimming over what you do for the 02-04s
Looks good though and strong tow points which is great
plus a receiver

Swapped transfer case position sensor from my old transfer case for the faulty sensor on my new (to me, thank you junkyard) transfer case. Works perfectly, no more 'Part Time' light in 2hi.

Removed rear sway bar.

Washed it, used my clay bar kit (Meguiars) and then gave it a good coat of wax.
The clay bar is awesome, I had never even heard of it until this forum. The paint is smooth as glass now.
I also installed my new cross bars, kind of hard to see them in the picture.
