Last week I put the new rear Moog springs and KYB shocks on.
last week dealer inspected lower ball joints and agreed to do recall over again (ordered parts).
this week dealer installed lower joints, and for an additional $210 installed my KYB loaded front struts.
dealer did alignment.
yesterday new Cooper SRX tires (stock size) WOW, now I can hear my new radio. old tires were so loud I needed hearing protection.
yesterday ordered rotors/pads for all 4 axles.

Its been an expensive week

Those R2's should displace water/slush well.
The blackvue 490 is that one double side/front rear views?
Would like to see pic of how it's installed...
I just have a Media sonic, suction mounted one, better than nothing around this crazy driver town.

Front and rear. Heading back to the vendor to have it troubleshot today - the rear doesn't work and was triggering constant record when parked + once the Magic Box cuts power to the camera in parking mode, the cameras own internal battery fails to power the clock.

Thought it was the diff seal here:

But looks like the pinion seal. This will be a first if I actually do the fix...

I think I'll give it a go. Seems doable and I have the time since I have a spare vehicle. Had to add a small amount of gear oil after only about 4.5k from last service. I'm beginning to wonder if the slight whine I hear on the highway could actually be the front pinion bearings. Couldn't hear it with the old tires but now it's just audible while VERY lightly on the throttle. Almost disappears under full coast and load. Didn't notice any play where the pinion goes into the diff. Any suggestions or how to info are greatly appreciated. :emotions34:

Yesterday, drove it to WV for a girl’s haunted halloween weekend.

We ate dinner at a steakhouse in Martinsburg formerly owned by Al Capone. That was cool...and the food was great.

Today, looking at it get rained on in the parking lot. Sigh. At least yesterday was a gorgeous day.
