Shoveled it out of the snow three times today. Drove it downtown to the Post Office and back four wheel drive all the way, streets had not been plowed.

took the center caps for the MOABs and cleaned them up on the lathe, then painted them matte black to match the wheels. Also, bought a POM rivet tool at hazard fright, since I will have to replace a wheel well liner when I mount the new wheels.

Waved goodbye to it... For a little while at least. Headgaskets in my daughter's Outback finally let loose again. Time to fix them right.

Quite a torquing process, (on the older subes anyway), to get the cylinders squared up with the block and heads; Best done with the engine on its' side(s). Have fun!

GenII 01. And I bookmarked a bunch of forums and YT vids for weird sequence. I looked into it heavily a few years back when it started but the Subaru "coolant conditioner" worked well until this week. Now coolant and oil leaking out mainly left side head. At least the genIIs leak out!

Took a moderately long drive on some nasty roads to visit a couple lakes and get my KJ muddy. Had a fun time and returned home a good kinda tired.
