Help !!!!

:help::help:First I apologize for posting here. Moderator please repost in correct area. I am having problems with my 2005 Liberty. Trying to pass inspection and for the last 5 weeks cannot figure out why the o2 heated sensor not ready and evap not ready will not become ready. I replaced the battery, heard that was a possibility we have reset it drove it for a few days and the two same not readys, but its not throwing the check engine light (why) ( actually no check engine light for along time). But the O2 heated sensor says "not ready" and Evap says "not ready" and this is keeping it from passing. PLEASE Help if you have had this happen what was the solution for the FIX. I dont understand why the check engine light doesn't come on if there not working or telling what O2 isn't ready.:3681700093_1f8b56e8

Those welds look great to me. What did you not like about the MG130 and what is better about the HF Vulcan?

I'm considering picking up my own HF welder to toy with. FIL just bought a Hobart 130 though.. but he's not going to ever use it himself.. I know it. He bought it plus all the accessories I think "just to have". Which means when he needs something welded he'll ask me, because I have a clue how- not that I am a real welder at all.

His money I guess... but I'd hate to have to go over there and borrow it when I could use a cheap wire feed welder to tack the one or two things a year I would want welded.
It had wiring feeding problems and amperage was adjusted by high low switch.

I like the Vulkan but idk how often I'll use stick. I'm going to pick up the tig torch and pedal for it. If I don't like it for tig I may take it back and just get their mig only model which is $200 less or a competing 215 esab mig.

i appreciate everyone's thoughts. Its also weird cause the jeep is what i learned to drive on, so it kind of feels like a home coming. Now i can make the jeep into something she might like.

Changed upper control arms.Broke the bolts loose under the hood. Jacked her up removed the tires. Couple hits with the bfh and the ball joint came loose. Finished removing bolts under the hood. Test fit new uca. Painted new uca and installed. Tightened everything up with it on the ground. Right around 3 hours drivers side rear bolt was the hardest one.

135,085 miles, Oil and filter change (local walmart had Mopar filters on clearance, got two for the KJ for $4 each).

Also replaced spark plugs, took the old Autolite XP's out, put in NGK ZFR6F-11G plugs, as it should be. Much quicker starts and smoother operation, getting better fuel econ as well.

BUT, now I get ignition noise on the radio on less than super strong stations... I can literally hear each spark event pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop

Anyone ever have that happen?
