I used the 2004 Sebring convertible (stronger lasting part ) BWD- RU1040 resistor pack.

So that works for a Liberty too? as Amazon says "This does not fit your:
2006 Jeep Liberty"

what I got and installed was Dorman 973-025 Blower Motor Resistor for Jeep Liberty/Wrangler and it seems to have failed already, back to only getting level 4 fan

^ Yes the BWD - RU1040 fits perfectly, including connector.
It is known in the forums that the 2004 Sebring convertible part is a direct cross over.

(actual) chryslers share many parts like that.

I say actual because, some chryslers are really mitsubishis.

Heard a metal clank while my daughter moved it this morning...taking it in tomorrow. Front right axle giving me more trouble I think[emoji2959]

Turns out not the front...emergency brake rivets gave out and bracket broke off. Well that's a new one to me....

Picked up oil/filter and air filter. Already time for another oil change.

Just now getting everything ready for rabbit hunting in the morning.
Temps are forecast for mid-teens with a bit of snow. Should be a great morning to be in the woods!

The rear braking plates are well exposed & can rust area/ the rivets easily.
I had to wire brush, hand paint & some spray, with 6 coats to hopefully save them.

Every 2 years inspect the rear interior ebrake shoes & rivets.
Give a little squirt of oil into the rivets if you can too.
Replacing the backing plate..well...no fun.

Thanks. He says this part only works for up to '06 and I have n '07, though... I'll probably still order it to try andmodify it if need be. Until then, I'll have it wedged in place

I found a similar kit on Amazon for much less, worked great in my 05. That was year's ago though

Over the weekend got around to fixing my sway bar issue. The bolt is now not at such an angle and the link is no longer hitting on the bar.

Shouldn't there be a rubber spring seat under that front coil spring, on the bottom?
