I just crap, shower, and shave.
I'm with you. At my house that burned, the pipes were on the outside wall, so it would take like 1-2 minutes for the shower to warm up, especially with the low flow head I had on it. I had to kill the time somehow!

Funny how many people are suddenly buying up all kinds of things
You can tell those that grew up in the country and the ones from cities
I never get below 6-8 TPs, 5-6 small bottles of hand sanitizers or enough food ofr 3-4 weeks.
When you do not go to " town " for a month at a time you learn to stock pile and be ready for things like this
Had a guy tell me if anything ever went south in this country he was heading to my place cause he knew there was enough of everything to survive at least a month or more LOL
too bad he doesn't know where I live now

Drove it to MicroCenter (close to an hour each way) about 50% convinced to buy parts for a new computer. But the salesman there talked me out of spending any money. I do not think that is what he meant to do, but that is what happened.

I used to be like that, b/c I'm a hoarder. But since the house fire and living with someone else in their basement, I've shifted over to buying food on a daily basis on the way back from work and only planning for 2-3 days ahead of time. After Sandy, FEMA left a semi trailer of cases of MRE's in my job's parking lot, and I had 15 full cases in my mud room that I slowly went through over the years as they started getting older.

Lol. That’s funny.
You probably don’t need a new computer though if you can upgrade components on the one you already have. My Mac Mini had gotten slow to the point of almost being unusable, and would take 20 minutes to boot up. I had to plan ahead to push the power button. Since I installed an SSD on it, its speed matches my fairly new iMac at work. I have no more thoughts of needing a new computer, and fixed it for only a couple hundred bucks. It boots up in about 30 seconds now.

Today I oiled the door hinges, vacuumed out the interior, washed all the hard plastic interior parts and the windows, washed the exterior, and rainexed the windshield. I started to wax the Jeep but ran out of daylight. The neighbor kids (all three of them from ages 6.5 to 2) helped me out washing the Jeep! It was a hoot. Basically I washed the roof and the windows, the 6 & 4 year olds did from the windows down, and the 2 year old did a great job shining up one of the rims. It was adorable. :)

Finished the waxing this morning. She cleans up good for a 13 year old Jeep. The odometer reads 168,997 miles.

Drove all over town spitting on doorknobs and coughing on every person I met.

Nah, actually I stayed home and took inventory of my canning jars.

Swear they were cheaper last time I looked, like $280~.
For that price I can go with EBC like last time...

  • EBC Brake Kits $207.58
  • Rear Set - Premium Rotors
  • Style Yellow Stuff Pads (Most Aggressive Street/Track/Towing)
  • Vehicle 2007 Jeep Liberty
  • Submodel With 11.2" rotors
  • AutoAnything SKU 4182834
  • Part Number S13KR1237

  • EBC Brake Kits $217.05
  • Front Set - Premium Rotors
  • Style Yellow Stuff Pads (Most Aggressive Street/Track/Towing)
  • Vehicle 2007 Jeep Liberty
  • Submodel With 11.3" rotors
  • AutoAnything SKU 4182783
  • Part Number S13KF1421
I know THOSE work amazing! :D

eta:
Not really a fan of drilled and slotted (power stop), and I've heard noises from people that the reason my current set of EBC didn't last as long as I'd have liked was because it was the slotted rotor kit, whereas these are solid disc.

Quadratec has the K2162-36 kit for $308.58
Summit has the K2162-36 kit for $305~ after $20 discount (SPRING)
ebay has the S13KR1237 kit for $194.30
ebay has the S13KF1421 kit for $204.54

Added one more upper isolator to each side in the rear of the 07. Total of two extra per side now. Rear at 22'' now, front still at 21.50''. I just got back from Florida (2,000mi round trip) and pulled a 10 foot trailer and motorcycle. This was the first trip with the lift installed and the rear was a little low for my liking. The extra 1/2 inch should keep it level with the trailer hooked up.

I like them level all the time, reason for running the monroe coilovers in the rear when pulling a trailer , that way no jacked up rear when not pulling
rest of the time just run the bilstein 24-185660s
