Well drove out to Bundy Hill yesterday for my jeeps first off road adventure , to see what it can do before I lift it and put tires on it. WOW was I surprised and happy with what it is capable of doing.
So I left the house with only two front fenders that had been cut and flared. Returned with no plastic fenders at all!! Sure had fun tho

before I lifted mine, I scraped the air dam off the front bumper playing around in the rocks. Suspension had sagged a lot so I was dragging on the ridge between ruts on some trails too.

I like it better without it. The bumper looks cleaner and I can use the old tow bar bracket previous owner left as a decent recovery point with it out of the way.

Damn , wish I could post pics. I took all the plastic off, figuring it was going to get ripped off possibly anyway(which it did) , and I plan on custom bumpers and rock rails.
I don’t know what else is in the future , but I was quite pleased with how it performed.. can’t wait to go again. Soon !

I also took all the plastic parts and am selling them to help pay for the lift kit.
Will help very little really when plastics are worth maybe 100 or so and complete lift, springs, shocks, bumpstops will be over 800
After doing over 60 KJ lifts, there was never a need to remove any of the plastics or cut them off to off road
when doing a good lift, right wheels, backspaced etc and width, plus right size tires no need to completely ruin the good looks of the KJ IMO

I got $450 for all the plastic ! It going to be strictly for off reading and I don’t want it to look like every other KJ out there. It looks pretty good if you ask me. After lift and tires, Couple of bumpers , rock rails , UCA’s and some lights and it will last me quite a awhile I hope. I’ll have less than $5k invested into it.

That is almost all you see on Fakebook, ripped off flares and cheapo spacer lift s and they think it looks great LOL
If you got 450 for the plastics you found a fool and did great.
Heck I have Renegade flares etc piled up and they do not sell for that much

Mounted my Provent air/oil seperator using Sasquatch's great kit. My planned hosing would have been a mess in a crowded engine compartment.

Maybe someday Sasquatch will make an entire Jeep, done right. Put me on the list!

Got mad at her for blowing a headlight during a pandemic. What are the best ones to throw in her so I can order them off Amazon to avoid dealing with people and hopefully save some of my last paycheck?

Not the jeep, but I've been doing extensive paint correction on the one car.
