I was able to get it out. One of the body side bolts of the upper arm was just spinning. Now to finish the rest of the removal
I had a hard time getting the upper bolts out on mine. I used PB Blaster and worked the bolt in and out for a while before it came loose. When I reinstalled the upper bolts into the frame I put never seize on the first.

Finally got bolts for the upper arm, bolts for the axle mount, and bolts for the counterweight. Tomorrow I can finally reassemble the back end and take it out for a spin. Very much looking forward to the upgraded and functional rear end again!
I haven't had the " counter weight/ balls " on my 04 since early 05, 03 got hers removed a week after buying it
axle mount bolts ?? axles are held in by C clips inside the diff , confused on that one
so you got all new bolts for everything ?

I got new bolts to hold the custom mount for the IRO a arm to the rear diff. I could have phrased that better. As for the counterweight, since you’ve had it removed forever, what does it do? Is it just an unnecessary part?

It is supposed to be a vibration dampner
But with all of those I have removed over the years ( more than 30 ) no one has even noticed any difference

Good to know. It was a pain to remove the factory ball joint mount because of that, so I’ll leave it off and see how it feels.

Just ordered some OME N132L rear shocks from All J Products. I am at 22'' in the rear and still have the stock shocks on my 07. I think I have about 1.5'' of downward travel before the shocks are fully extended.

I’m new here but not to Jeeps. Today I switched out the front seats from cloth to powers leather. But first I had to scavenge the wires out of my 02 KJ and add them to my 03 KJ. The only issue I am having now is the heated part is not working but that will be for another day.

Yes. No reply to email. No shipping confirmation follow up email. Didn’t if maybe he shut down for a bit ?
Basically I realized I ordered outside of my account meaning I probably wasn’t logged in and was seeing if that order could be moved to my account. Secondly I was asking if there was an eta on when it will ship.
luckily I’m not in dire need , just helps me plan a free evening to do the work

Yesterday: got a CEL and service 4WD light in the Rene, pulled into the dealer and got it booked for Monday morning.
TCheck engine light went out today, service 4wd remains. Getting a U1440 code, I did a search on google and couldn't find much. It sounds like the code is saying the gear ratio for the transfercase is wrong compared to the transmission.
