Finally got around to assembling my front springs. Took them all the way to a buddy's shop in WV that he works for. They got one of them beefy OTC wall mount compressors, got em together without an issue.

Next is to buy the JBA arms and make the relocation brackets for the rear axle. Its an 07.

Yea, the OME springs are no joke. I had to go to a light truck shop to get mine assembled; not a single regular shop near me would touch them.

And the cold start cold weather misfires are back. Shut off. Wait. Start up. Gone.
Seriously nothing about this Chrysler / Jeep product makes sense.

Anyone wanna take a crack at this ? Considering all coils plugs are new. Doesn’t happen when warm out. Only when it’s super cold or rain/wet.

It’s a die hard brand. New as of last year. Using the 2003 style in the 2002

Well the front driver window keeps falling down, so I'm going to need to get a new window regulator. The window is currently being held up with some shipping tape.

Over the years I have guys ( and girls ) that wanted to learn , most ended up sitting and watching and providing nothing ( even a few KJ owners )
Had a few that were great though , and this kid is really one of the best, asking the right questions, jumping in to help, cleaning and putting tools away in the right spots
Almost as good as my first wife , My 55 Chevy with a Muncie M 22 rock crusher in it was popping out of 2nd gear on hard launches
Told her when I got home from work was going to pull it out
Got home and there she was with it laying beside the 55 LOL and she was still in high school at the time
Built her a 68 Chevy to impress the boys , all it took was to lay more rubber than them in front of the high school

The older guy that helped me a lot when I was 15-17 always told me " No Charge , just help and teach others someday "
So Ronnie , that is what I'm still trying to do !

Had to replace both wheel speed sensors on the left side of the 07.
Also think I found the clunk from the rear, looks like the body side of the boomerang are making contact with the mount when flexing.
There are divots on boomerang from contact.Going to die grind a little out and see if that helps.

Well got his all done yesterday, the kid did great , I was just there for guidance and moral support
especially when his Dad showed up asking why I was helping him, what I was getting out of it, and some other crude remarks
He said no one helps for free so I must have something in mind that would get his son in trouble LOL

Felt like it with some of things the son was telling me about his Dad.
Told me only idiots with no life work on their own cars
That's when I told him we were busy and it would be a good time for him to go back to his recliner , he soon left

Same way here, had a lot of people wanting to know the basics at least and to try and learn what someone was talking about when they were having their car serviced
But this guy took the cake, his son though will grow into a well rounded young man

I would have told daddy it was three grand worth of work and he could either shut his noise hole or expect a bill.

You know, excluding my one neighbor, there's not a person out there I wouldn't help in terms of teaching them something I know. Whether it be cars, guns, home repair, landscaping, wood chopping (hey, there's some actual skill there you know), or anything else, if a man (or woman) wants to learn how to "fish", I'm more than willing to teach.

Replaced a bad starter on my 03 Liberty v6 outside in the cold not to bad but still more than I expected ,hopefully never again. Also got new Rancho 9000s in the rear while I was at, definitely notice a difference compared to oem.
