Cleaned it off so I can go to work….while my husband plowed.

Went ice fishing on Saturday, caught a few rainbow trout, got blinded several times coming back on the coq, cleaned windshield, no help, polished windshield and glare greatly reduced. Detailer buddy has said he is hearing from a lot of people that recently something on the roads is making it nearly impossible to get this film of the windshield. Anyone else seeing that?

Also had some intermittent drive line vibration in 4H, full time and RWD to and from. Looks like I have to do some actual work now

How do you polish a windshield? The windshield on my 07 XK is the OG, and it is sand blasted like crazy.

My buddy is a detailer by trade. I fix cars, he makes them look good He did it for me, took him about 5 mins. He used his electric buffer and some polishing/sanding compound. I didnt ask, we were shooting the breeze. The wipers now wipe clean and the glare is greatly reduced.....just need to clean the inside of the windshield now

Changed the oil, I vaguely remember someone asking about the CRD drain plug thread but can't find the post. It's M16 1.25mm pitch.
Now on with replacing the auxiliary drive belt tensioner pulley.
