Installed, they're currently just running lights. All I did was just put in LED light bulbs in the rear fogs which actually toned them down considerably so they were not over bearing. Now they're almost on the same light level with the rear fogs just being a bit brighter but not serious. Wiring connections were the exact same made it a bit easier to do the hook up.

Is there a mopar part number for those rear tail lights? Are you going to research the export front lamps also?

The problem is the part number listed, also seems to be the same part number for the N/A spec tail lamp without the Rear Fog. Which the part number is 55157062AB/AG But when you do a part number search you'll find on a french jeep website the set I have. I tried to contact them but no response from them. So I had to go the back up route of having a friend get a hold of a salvage yard once I found what I was looking for. There are Export style head lights but I do not know the codes to indicate which is LHD or RHD. But there is an additional system set up because it would be the motorized headlamp leveling system that is featured on Euro Spec vehicles where you can inside the vehicle adjust the lead lamp up or down depending on weather conditions. That would require some extensive work like what I am doing with the rear fog lights.

Great actor. The show was pretty good too.
I thought he sucked as Bond villan Blofeld though. Could have been the script/directing and just said "fuckit" and phoned it in.

Drove it in the snow. Never even needed to get it out of 2wd. No problems even with my Telly Savalas tires. Wonder if the youngins out there know who Kojak is?
Downloaded and watched one of my favorite old Telly Savalas (and Clint Eastwood, Donald Sutherland, Don Rickles, Carroll O'Connor) movies the other night: Kelly's Heroes! Yep...I'm old... lol!

I should add this in spec, there is a slight difference in the Euro Spec headlamps. Its a feature that is slowly taking on here in the US but it is not a required law as is in Europe. I can not remember what UN Mandate on the Global Harmonization of Vehicles Act it is. This is a feature known as the City Lamp. Its usually like a 921 or a 168 Bulb housed in the head lamp bowl or a corner of the headlamp unit. My Wife's Spectra features true E-spec headlamps, though in Europe and other parts of the world the lamp is the city lamp with it being white. In the US an amber bulb is used instead to double as the ''parking light'' function. Since the turn signal does not double as the parking light on the unit. I have plans to turn it into a true city lamp bulb when I replace her headlights and front end during the spring. Some Mercedes, BMW's, Audis have the function. VW's with Hella Produced Headlamps for the North American Market actually have that feature cut out, you'll see a hole at the bottom of the halogen bowl where the City Lamp is to be featured. The new Ford Fusion actually features the city lamp function now which the bulb activates when you turn on the parking lights. One thing is that the US and Canada have a complete 180 in lighting regulations opposed to the rest of the world that are almost in full sync. I'll keep my rant out of it as to why but our KJ's most likely can handle these functions with wiring changes and flashes to the BCM. It's just if you're like me willing to spend the bucks to do it.

Drove it to the plumbing supply house at 11am to get a new well pump. Freakin' thing died overnight. Eighty foot well, water starts 28 ft down. That's actually 12' more water than the last time we checked, around 8 yrs ago.

New pump installed and tools cleaned up by 3:30. New pump is 115v instead of 230v like the last pump so the generator will run it in a power outage. It's also much quieter than the old pump.

Fortunately, my hubby's employer maintains an account there and we got the wholesale price...

Sea level is rising you know. Global warming most likely... :ROFLJest:

That's what I need! We have some flaky power up here and it's nice to be able to flush when you need to. Replaced mine about 5 years ago (in January!!!) but haven't pulled the trigger on a generator yet... yet.

Anytime I see a nice photo like that I just start pining for Colorado. Great shot with your Jeep.
Thanks!

Having spent my first 20 years in Colorado, and the last 24 here in Utah (5 years of CA & WA in between...) I haven't decided which side of the Rockies I like better. Good thing I don't need to! Lol!
