Brought home bags of sand totaling around 400 lbs in the back. Nose was a little high, but less noise from the rear on the drive home. Wondering if something is loose back there... bumps usually are a bit louder than they should be.

Got the KL all jacked up to do a tire rotation, took off the passenger front wheel, and there's grease EVERYWHERE! Not sure what that's about, I think it might be a torn CV boot. It's flung on the back of the wheel and wheelwell. The CV axles got replaced back in March to a new design to eliminate a vibration. Guess it's time for another trip to the dealer.

I thought a new Jeep would be problem free...in reality it's like an old one but at least the repairs aren't on my dime. lol.

Changed plugs and tcase fluid. Plugs probably original but only 50k so they didn't look too bad. Tcase fluid was pretty dirty so guessing it was never changed either. Two weeks from now I'll do the two diffs.

Always amazed at how easy it is to do the plugs on these. Seemed like the 05 was even easier than the 02 was. Got a deal on Denso coppers so trying a bit of an experiment. Came gapped correctly (I always check).

Driving on my way home from fishing and my speedo quit, abs light on, p-brake on..
Threw 4 codes, LF,LR, & RR WSS.. and the 4th was incorrect tone ring...
Cleared them all.. drove it awhile. Stayed off..

Guess 8 months ago when I put that duralast Rear Wheel speed sensor in, that i should've gotten the Mopar lol.. at least it has a lifetime warranty.

How many miles did you have on it?

I blew 2 or 3 rear Bilsteins...never knew why. OME ones have so far outlasted them.

The cause is the incorrect shock length since Bilstein does not make a lifted rear shock for a KJ and why the OME's don't blowout like this since they are the correct length(un-modified OME lifts only).

My rear 7100's have been flawless for over 31,000 miles but measured correctly for my shocks to prevent fully compressing them.
