    Burning Smell from Heating System

The heater core would never get hot enough to ignite anything. It may be the blower resistor going bad. They glow red hot. Maybe something is on it. Would be easy to check. Just look up the blower resistor on here.

2014 Jeep Liberrty debuts at New York Auto Show in April

I dispise turn signals over headlights. Makes it look stupid like a Colorado and various other GMs. Also that narrow turn signal thing looks so much like the caravan.

    KJ cabin filter installed

Intrested. Mine needs cleaned out anyway, so I might as well put a filter on it. I'd buy a couple.

    Vibration after lift

Yep, sure can. If you run without the intermediate shaft in the diff I think you would want to stuff a rag in the axle tube so oil doesn't go everywhere. Others may chime in if I'm wrong. I know people have done it before.

    Vibration after lift

I've experienced it with both lifted and unlifted. I did have an 03 before this one and it did it too.

    Vibration after lift

Usually the 50mph vibe is the front right cv and intermediate shaft. Mine went away the first time I changed mine, but returned soon after. I think it's just what most kjs do.

NGK V-Power vs. Bosch Platinum+4 Spark Plugs?

You don't need to drain anything. Just remove the two nuts and position it out of the way. Just don't pinch any of the hoses. You can remove the vent hose on top to make it easier.

    Stock suspension?

I and everyone else will agree. If you don't do springs you won't get a better ride. Maybe better control but not much more.

    Lift question 02 Liberty

He knows his shtuff. Period. Name one other who is specializing in IFS jeeps. He can talk all he wants. There's just no other person or place to go to. You'll find nobody nicer and eager to help than him. That's not being arrogant. It's just plain true.

NGK V-Power vs. Bosch Platinum+4 Spark Plugs?

Save your money and get copper plugs. better performance anyway and you won't have to worry about burning out a coilover.

What did you do to your jeep today?

Changed water pump and stat Changed the water pump and thermostat this morning and put new HOAT in it. I've said this a million times and today is another, Man I wish I would've put a drain in my garage. Heat is VERY HOT now. I can't hold my hand in front of the floor vent with it cranked up...

    electrical issue - heating

I would check the dial first. Just look up how to remove the radio bezel. The whole thing just pops out after you undo the screw in the little storage area under the controls. Use a flat putty knife or something to remove the bezel without scratching it up. Or if you have a simple trim removal...

    electrical issue - heating

You have a blend door issue then probably. Check the vacuum hoses behind the dial in the dash. Just note that the heat blend door is an electric actuator and the rest (when you select what vent you want the air to come out of) is vacuum actuated.

    Strange Rumble

Ah, another 50 mph vibe. I'll go out on a limb here and say they ALL do it. It just matters if you are aware enough to notice it. I gave up. I drove an 05 for a test drive once, it did it too. My '03 also did it. Oh, and I also test drove an 05 rene, it did it. I settled for mine with 3000 miles...

    Rusty's budget 2"

I'd like to see you stuff the rear and see if your fender flares survive. Jumping tracks is one thing, but stuffing a tire in the rear is another. Light those up with 3.73s? No way, unless you're dumping the clutch or neutral dropping it. I have 245/75 duratracs and there's no way getting any...

    Part Time Light

Not really. It's a mechanical switch that is physically broken or out of spec in some way.
